  • Dobré ubytování v klidné části města.....-)

  • Nelíbilo se mně vymáhání platby v hotovosti při nástupu, protože při jednání jsem požadoval platbu na fakturu.

Dobrý den,

díky anonymnímu hodnocení nemohu posoudit Váš konkrétní případ, ale všeobecně platí, že hosté platí za ubytování při nástupu a to buď hotově nebo platební kartou. V žádném případě nikdy nepožadujeme pouze hotovost! Co se týče platby na fakturu tak toto je možné pouze po předchozí oficiální objednávce (nikoli jen na základě anonymní objednávky např. přes zprostředkovatele). Tedy věřím, že situace vznikla jen díky nějaké chybě v komunikaci (na některé ze stran).

  • perfektní poloha, stylový hotel, ochotný personál

  • ani jednou utřený stůl po snídani(celý pobyt jsme seděli u stejného), nevyměněné špinavé prostírání, špatně umyté nádobí
